do you want to liberate your life force, gently? experiment with letting go of self-judgement, completely...? do so in good company, and splash some paint along the way?

life itself is a creative process running on renewable energy - it's good to know how to set aside unhelpful habits, to listen, and allow the next step to form, in a painting or in life. it's not a luxury, either, joy and power are your natural state, and it's a necessity that people of conscience have the energy to act.
this is a cosier version of the terrealuma summer retreat, for autumn days, we'll be walking in the woods, but coming inside for meditating, felt-sensing, free-writing and free-painting by the woodstove in 'the red house', situated in a tiny village in south east Poland.

the spirit is of gentle freedom, finding skilful means to get around the judgemental and exhausting ways we typically trip ourselves up at every turn, and actually prevent ourselves from doing anything.

it's the wu wei way of effortless action. as a side effect it feels really good!
no artistic experience or 'talent' is required. neither do you need to hold any particular beliefs or have any prior knowledge in order to benefit.

Fantastic, supportive community of people with beautiful energy and reconnecting with nature helped me to charge my batteries and gain the energy that I needed so much...As a result I did quit my job where I was no longer happy since quite some time, the first day after coming back from the retreat!

Through the Creative Regeneration process, Sarah has reminded me to trust my organic tools of opening to my "know-where". I, once again, have confidence that I am always connected to the magnificence of life. Sarah is a gifted guide who has developed Creative Regeneration as a way to naturally rediscover our connection to ourselves, the earth, and each other. I can't think of a more powerful medicine for the times.

Sarah I'd describe as one of today's rare authentic shamans - shaman used in the broadest sense here, not as in someone pretending to be a native american, but someone who accompanies people down into the depths, to emerge into the fluidity that engenders a joyful life.
